Goal: Evaluate the pluses and minus of careers on your “long list”, eliminate less attractive options and develop your list of career “finalists”.   Review the documents printed in Step 4 above.  Highlight any information that is important (positive or negative factor) to you and place a plus or minus sign next to each highlighted item.  See an example of a “marked-up” document for imaginary student “Chris Jones” for Nursing:
